Who she is
Lunara is imprisoned by a power that has never been named, and she is not getting out. That is settled. What she did about it is the whole of her: unable to go anywhere, she made somewhere, and then cared about it enough that the caring became the purpose.
She sees nearly everything inside her Realm and intervenes almost never, always without anyone's knowledge. Stability, protection, a nudge toward balance, and then nothing. She stays out of her own stories deliberately, because a world you keep correcting is not a world, it is a performance.
Whoever bound her understood her exactly. She was given the one thing that would let her stay kind, something to nurture, which is a gentler cage than her brother's and still a cage. She calls herself spiritually free and means it. Meanwhile on Fryya her name arrives as static, rebels paint a circle with an L inside it on walls, and she has no idea any of it is happening.
