We collect as little as we can. There is no advertising on this site, no advertising trackers, and nothing here is sold or handed to advertisers. The only personal information we ask for is an email address, and only if you choose to give it.
Privacy
1. What we collect. Your email address, if you enter it into the signup form. We do not ask for a name, an address, or anything else.
2. The age confirmation. When you confirm you are 18 or over we store a cookie so you are not asked again on every page. It records that you confirmed, and nothing about you.
3. Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard web logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. We use these for security and diagnosis, not to build a profile of you.
4. What we do with your email. Send you new chapters, new fiction, and news about what we release. Nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
5. Who else sees it. Klaviyo, which sends our email, and our hosting provider. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Where it goes. Klaviyo stores data in the United States, so your email address is held overseas.
7. How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
8. Your rights. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@lunarasrealm.com and we will action it.
9. People under 18. This site is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Complaints. Contact us first. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
11. Changes. We may update this policy. The current version is always the one on this page.
