1. Who we are. This site is published by Lunara's Realm, an Australian company. You can reach us at support@lunarasrealm.com.

2. This site is for adults. You must be 18 or over to use it. By continuing past the age confirmation you confirm that you are.

3. What you may do with the fiction. Read it, quote it, link to it, and talk about it. You may create and share original fan artwork of our characters for non-commercial purposes without asking us first.

4. What you may not do. Sell our fiction or artwork, present your work as official or endorsed by us, use anything here to promote another business, or scrape this site to train a machine learning model.

5. What we own. The characters, names, worlds, stories, artwork and design on this site belong to us. Reading them does not give you any rights in them.

6. Nothing here is a sale. Product links leave this site for the shop, which has its own terms, pricing, shipping and returns.

7. Links out. We link to our wiki and our store. We are not responsible for any other site you reach from here.

8. Availability. We do not promise this site will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove anything on it.

9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
